Yall. This stuff has literally changed my life. I'm 42 years old, diabetic with severe hypertension. I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago and not a day has gone by that I have felt my age. I was always weak, light headed, no energy and slept like crap. My blood pressure was all over the place. The bottom of my feet had turned hard, cracked and extremely itchy when my sugar was high.

Within I'd say 2-3 days the first two things I noticed was my feet were getting soft and actually moist. Yes, I hate that word too, but its the best one I could think of to describe it. 2nd, my blood pressure was no longer shooting up high when it was time to take my next dose of medicine. In fact, it was low when I'd check it. I also noticed I wasn't hungry, at all, at any time of the day. I always feel full. My mood has changed as well. I'm no longer gloomy and less depressed. I hesitated to write this review until I'd been on this for 2 months and got my next labs.

Well here I am, 2 months later. Had my labs and was weighed. I'm down 16 lbs. My A1C went from 7.2 in October to 6.5 last week (Dec 20th). I'm going to show before and after photos of my face to prove the difference.You do not have to be diabetic or have hypertension to take this, BTW. It will raise your metabolism, help prevent cancer, and so many other things besides regulating your blood sugar and helping your heart. Also, incase you're scared to take the recommended 3 pills at one time each day, I never once noticed any side effects from taking all 3. I hope this helps!!!

Started having carpal tunnel issues 3 years ago (curently age 29). Got to the point where it would be extremely painful and interupt my sleep, make my whole arm swell and get numb and very painful… happened multiple times daily at a pretty concerning level…

Been taking this daily for almost 2 months now. started to replace ordinary cinnamon from the store after learning it could be harder for my liver to process that. 3 pills together with a protein and collagen shake after workout.

I havnt noticed any serious carpal tunnel problems recently, which is phenomenal. I think this may have improved bloodflow and helped alleviate it in some way. Not sure. I was not expecting much at all from this, but i now think this is a really good addition to my regimen

I’ve been type 2 diabetic since 2012 and have been on metformin for about 9 years. Yea it kept my blood sugar and A1C down, but I felt like a 90 year old. Everything was hurting all the time I was depressed and always exhausted. Well a new doctor finally out me on Ozempic….thankfully that did allow for me to have some energy. So I began doing research and I found this supplement, along with berberine I am off all drugs. And I have lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months (with a modified diet and 3 day a week work outs) but these suppress my appetite, my LDL is down, A1C is down my blood pressure is consistently 120/79……they will work if you work them……did I mention that I am totally off of Ozempic and metformin and all my levels are drastically down.

ANOTHER Update: NEW A1C just came back 7.1. Was 9.3, then 8.1, and now 7.1 ALL BECAUSE THIS SUPPLEMENT!!!!

UPDATE: OMG. got my A1C back just now and it went form 9.3 to 8.1. I’m telling you this supplement did it.I mainly got this for my type 2 diabetes. Let me tell you. My glucose numbers are lower than they ever been. It’s been 10 years since waking up to 111,120,or 130 blood sugar numbers. Since taking this I have seen a. Difference. I got my A1C done this morning so that will be the real test. Will post an update when I see if it helped. On the daily I can tell these work. I will for sure keep buying these
