Virelia™ Lion's Mane Mushroom Liquid Drops

This is the one to try if you wish to try any. This is by far the best quality you can get. I am not a paid reviewer, I'm not writing this for anyone other than myself wanting to spread the word; and I never leave reviews! I have a few conditions that make energy and focus hard, among other things, mostly to do with Hashimoto’s disease and medicine (not related to the Moto's) side effects. I've tried all you can imagine in this space, and have determined, at least for me, Lion's Mane is the most effective for energy, clarity, stress reduction, etc., and that this brand is the only brand worth buying.
There are many health benefits to mushrooms, many, many, but the difference with Lions mane and this brand particularly is it isn't taking a supplement and being unable to know if it's working -- no, you immediately feel more alert and like the brain fogs lifted. That is RARE in any supplement. This brand can be pricey, so I've tried so many others trying to find a more affordable alternative and not a single one could I notice it made me feel more awake so clearly. I don't know why this is, but if I had to guess, there are probably a lot of cheap companies out there with poor quality control, or even ones that aren't accurately measuring the amount, or possibly even using unlisted filler or faking it altogether. As we all know, this is a risk you take if you opt for a cheaper overseas brand for any product on this website. After not finding a single alternative that remotely worked for me, I've decided it's worth the cost not just because of the effect and benefits I get from it, but even more so because I feel like I can trust what I'm getting from Mary Ruth's is of good, consistent quality. If you are considering lions mane for any reason, or if you tried a different brand and thought lions mane was a false flag, I highly recommend picking up a bottle of this to try. Worst case, you decide it's still not for you and don't get more, but I genuinely believe, like me, you will find it to be amazing too. Spread peace and love, always, friends. ✌

I am 43 with perimenopause and peri triggered ADHD on a level that ranks on the most severe adult ADHD on the spectrum.As a graphic designer who designs and sells my own stationery as well as custom stationery, I no longer could come up with new ideas, my memory felt like early onset dementia, I had to have a friend act as a caretaker to force me out of bed because my body ached so bad and I’d be fine early in the mornings around 4-6am and by 1pm was having full on panic attacks. HRT stopped the hot flashes from being so frequent and intense, eased the muscle and joint pain and helped with the physical symptoms l, but for the entire six + years of this perimenopausal phase, I hadn’t been able to have a single normal bowel movement, easily going a week to 15 days without so much as a pebble sized piece of waste exiting my body.I had numerous trips to the ER, ultrasounds, CT scans of my abdomen and lady parts and tons of bloodwork, which all came out good except for an unrelated issue with a bile duct that I was born with and wasn’t a factor in my slow gut motility.In 2022 I had finally made it to six figures and had the full time business I had dreamed of. Then one year later it all ended. Some of my BMs were 8” in length and usually 2X daily, leading my body to do a complete 180°. I’ll post an update when I know for sure it was the shroom juice that triggered the healthy BMs, but I can at least say it caused no negative effects whatsoever.

I notice a big difference when taking mushroom supplements. (I use others in addition to this one.) By itself, Lion’s Mane is an exceptional thing. It helps me with overall brain function, word recall and other speech difficulties. I have autoimmune issues and other health conditions. Western medicine can only do so much to help me, so I rely on naturopathic medicine to help balance things out.
I take one dropperful every day, alternating with my other supplements. The packaging calls for about half of a dropperful, but my naturopath said due to my particular health conditions that it would be fine to take a higher dose. So during health flare ups I take the full dropper until symptoms start to improve again, then I reduce to the amount called for in the instructions.
The taste is light enough and easily tolerated. The consistency of it is thin, it’s easy to swallow, and doesn’t leave a residue in your mouth. I always chase it with a splash of probiotic juice just to get rid of any remaining taste. (It doesn’t really leave an aftertaste, I just don’t want to keep tasting it.)
Overall seems to be a high quality product. I’m on my second bottle now and will order it again.

Focus has always been a bit of a struggle for me. I've purchased different products in the past that haven't produced noticeable results. Recently, I've been taking Lone Star Lion's Mane in the morning (straight) along with a packet of Four Sigmatic Focus in my coffee. The combination of the two has been helping significantly.
Like I mentioned above, I take the extract straight by placing it under my tongue, first thing in the morning. Again, when I hit the mid-afternoon slump. It has an intense, earthy flavor, which I happen to like. For some it may be strong, so putting it in water or coffee may be preferable.
Definitely give this a shot, as I'm glad I did and just ordered two more bottles. 48. I am absolutely in love that I bought these. Ever since I've started taking them my brain power and focus has been through the roof! I feel A LOT less cloudiness in my head, especially in the mornings when I struggle as is.
