There are a million different liver supplements that are out there are supposed to benefit the liver. I have a tried a couple different ones over the years, and none of them have made drastic differences in the way I feel like a lot of people claim.
I will say that I had some bloodwork done prior to starting this one with one of my liver levels showing slightly elevated. As kind of a test, I started taking this (with no other lifestyle changes) and two months later had the same blood work done. The levels actually did decrease some.
Another thing I can say that I have noticed is that I feel less bloated. I never really tied liver health to bloating, but after taking this, the bloated feeling the day after a few drinks has gone away.
I think for the money, this is a positive supplement that one could take to support liver health.

I was taking this liver cleanse for a couple of weeks, not regularly. One day I decided to commit to it everyday. I experienced some lower back pain, bloating, and brain fog.
